E.J. Potente
A certified liturgical space consultant, E.J. Potente has over 20 years of experience in developing plans for renovations and additions to worship facilities. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison and has been certified to do liturgical consultation by the Institute for Liturgical Consultants in Chicago, Illinois.

Fred S. Jahnke 
After military service in the United States Marine Corps, Fred attended the Layton school of Art, the University of Wisconsin and Marquette University. Working in the field of Historic restoration and renovation for over 30 years, Fred’s experience includes project management and supervision of the restoration of many buildings or architectural and/or historic significance. These projects include worship spaces, state capitals, theaters, auditoriums, hotels, rail terminals, museums and universities. Fred is a past member of IIFRA, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, The League of Historic American Theaters, Theater Historic Society, and the Victorian Society in America. Fred has written for trade magazines, conducted classes in decorative painting techniques and lectured to numerous professional groups and local historical societies.

John Jaeger, Director of Glass and Glazing
John brings to the company 35 years of experience in stained glass design and fabrication with special experience in replacement storm glazing and frames. After serving a traditional four-year apprenticeship sanctioned by the Stained Glass Association of America John began his long career as a glass specialist as well as an installer of statues and mosaics. John also spent seven years learning and practicing the work of a flat glass specialist and then returned to the stained glass industry. After operating Jaeger Studios for eight years, John brought his skill and experience to us as manager of the glass shop here at the Studios of Potente, Inc.
