How does Potente address our concerns?

The usual Potente approach involves an initial meeting with pastor or with the pastor and his committee or church council.

The first discussion usually permits the Potente consultant to meet you personally, then hear your own impressions of your problems and what you feel should be done.

In most cases, you will find it helpful to see slides of other project, many of which often had problems similar to those which you are facing in your own church. From these slides and from the comments of our consultant, you can learnhow to apply similar solutions in your own situation.

Your project is then specifically discussed -- together with specific initial suggestions which you can consider.
